The Practical Superconducting Films Team

The practical superconducting films team of Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory was established under the initiative and support of Academician Zhao Zhongxian, who is a Chinese superconducting and cryogenic physics scientist and winner of the highest national science and technology award. Integration of domestic advantages in superconducting material R&D, superconducting thin film preparation, low temperature technology, design and construction of large-scale particle accelerators, we intends to solve a series of key technical problems of superconducting thin films faced by the country, and develop the main technology from basic research to practical application. It is aimed to achieve the key technological breakthroughs through the whole process from special equipment development, material preparation, device R&D to system integration.

We are committed to the goal of practicality, and to explore "no-man's land", as well as to build a base and team of practical superconducting films, which can influence the world, in Songshan Lake, Dongguan.

    Pulsed Laser Co-Deposition System

    Practical "large-size" film manufacturing equipment: non-contact irradiation heating is adopted, which can be turned to prepare double-sided films; The dense arrangement of furnace wires improves the heating load, which is suitable for the heating of transparent and opaque substrates; The overall movement of the laser components scans to ensure Consistency and Stability.

    Superconducting filter

    The prototype of a compact high-temperature superconducting filter system, the volume and weight of the whole machine are reduced to half of the original superconducting system, and the pre-cooling time is shortened to 30 minutes, and the superconducting filter signal is finally successfully obtained.
